Allyria Dayne: [OOC] Character and relationship notes

allyria-dayne:

I would post canon snippets like I did for Lewyn, buuuut these two quotes from ASoS are pretty much it:

  • “How long have you been Lord Beric’s squire?” [Arya] asked, to take [Edric Dayne’s] mind from his misery.
“He took me for his page when he espoused my aunt [Allyria].” He coughed. “I was…

OOOH SEVEN Allyria is so precious and Hayley’s just perfect! I’m already in love with her!

I think the relationship between her and their other brother would be sort of like the one Ashara and Arthur share (except a lot more childish and easy-going because Allyria would never be as troubling as Ashara XD)

For the name… Aaron? Albert? Andrej?

I don’t know, we can talk to Arthur and decide it later ;)

I’ll add Allyria and the Unknown Older Brother to the relationship post tonight (kinda busy right now).

AAH LITTLE LITTLE SISTER! Welcome to the family, little one. And hm, for names, other good ones that start with A are Alistair, Aaric, Arvel, Avery… if we want to go with something less run of the mill.

Just too busy trying not to fuck everything up while writing Ashara’s first scene.

Can’t wait :’D also, hey sis~

Oh, hello brother :D

Speaking of… I didn’t know you were coming tonight, so the scene I wrote has lines from you too. Do you mind?

No worries! Our first real scene can branch off from that.

Arthur Dayne | FC: Chris Hemsworth | Taken

Ser Arthur Dayne, known as the Sword of the Morning, was a famed knight and a member of Aerys II’s Kingsguard. He was one of Prince Rhaegar’s closest friends.
His accomplishments include defeating the Kingswood Brotherhood. He got the smallfolk to love him by paying for what he and his forces took and taking the their grievances before King Aerys II. In the end he slayed the Smiling Knight and ended the threat of the Brotherhood. Following that victory, he knighted Jaime Lannister, who would later become a sworn brother of the Kingsguard.
He broke twelve lances against Prince Rhaegar Targaryen in a tourney held at Storm’s End, losing to the prince. At the Tourney at Harrenhal, he was defeated by Prince Rhaegar once again.
He wielded the sword called Dawn as part of his office as “Sword of the Morning”, carrying it slung across his back. He died at the Tower of Joy fighting Eddard Stark and his companions, but the exact circumstances of his death are unclear. In a memory of his father, Bran Stark recalls Eddard describe Arthur Dayne as “the finest knight I ever saw,” and elaborates further that Dayne would have killed him “but for Howland Reed.”
